Man seriously injured in Quincy shooting

QUINCY -- A 44-year-old man was seriously injured in a Tuesday night shooting in the 1000 block of Maine.

The Quincy Police Department continues to investigate, with no arrests made, but police said available information indicates this was not a random shooting.

QPD officers and EMS personnel were dispatched at 10:10 p.m. and found the man with a gunshot wound to his leg.

The man was taken by ambulance to Blessing Hospital.
