The bride is a daughter of Michael and Samia Mosher of Washington, Ill. She is a graduate of Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville. Briana is employed as a marketing data analyst at Perficient.
The groom is a son of Dale and Sindy DeRousse of Camp Point, Ill. He is a graduate of Westminster College and Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville. Adam is employed as a civil engineer (bridge design) at Farnsworth Group.
The bride was given in marriage by her parents at the ceremony conducted by Nicholas Volkening.
Maid of honor was Meighan Smith. Bridesmaids were Ellie Carrow, Katy DeRousse, Aly Goff, Molly Josephs and Jenna Johnston.
Best man was Caden Miller. Groomsmen were Iain Gould, Jake DeRousse, Aaron DeRousse, Graham Steffaniak and Carson Butts.
The parents of the groom hosted a rehearsal dinner at Granite City Brewery, Creve Coeur, Mo.
A wedding dinner was held at Schlafly Tap Room.

After a honeymoon in France (Paris, Strasbourg and Reims), the newlyweds are at home in Webster Groves, Mo.
