When I was a kid, I wanted to be ... probably a farmer like my grandpa.

What would you rather be doing right now? Fishing for crappie at the family cabin.

Shhhhhh! Don't tell anyone that ... I prefer the strawberry UNFROSTED Pop-tarts.

Other than your wedding day and/or the birth of your children, what was your proudest moment? Hard to pick a single moment, but it always feels good to see my crops growing well after everything that has gone into it until that point.

It really stinks when ... tools go missing. It always is the one you need.

What word in the dictionary would your face be next to? Thorough. I love the details when it is about something that relates to my interests.

I always laugh when ... anyone mentions Joe Exotic.

Invite any three people, living or dead, to dinner. Who are they? Grandpa Willard to play cards again. Brian Regan. His stand-up is always good for laugh. Not sure if this fits, but the character Ron Swanson from "Parks and Recreation" seems to have a great outlook on life and politics.

At the end of a really long day at work, I like to ... relax on the couch or take a walk with my family.

People who knew me in high school thought I was ... dependable or the guy with the Caddie -- a ‘99 DeVille, my first car, and it was a great one.

My most unforgettable brush with greatness was ... When I was 16, I got to go up to where the radio booth is in Milwaukee and meet Mike Shannon, and I rode in an elevator with David Eckstein the night before.

I would drop all my plans tonight if I had the chance to ... go to Reno and visit my sister or go to a Cardinals game. I'm ready for some baseball already.

If someone gave me a million dollars, there is STILL no way I would ... ever root for the Cubs.

America should be more concerned about ... privacy. With all the advancements in technology and convenience, there is less privacy. There is data collected on everything.

I'm OK if there's ever a national shortage of ... certainly not toilet paper given the recent months. What was that whole frenzy about?

When I'm on the Internet, I always go to ... YouTube to watch new Half as Interesting videos and others like it.

What is the most useful piece of advice you have ever received? "Don't hold progress victim to perfection." Given to me by my boss during a summer internship in college.

When I'm cruising down the road, I'm likely listening to ... It could be anything. I bounce around a lot. Highest odds are Red Hot Chili Peppers.

I always get sentimental when ... It's a little cliche but around the holidays with all the extended family. I especially love it when grandma makes her apple pie.

The older I get, the more I realize ... how little time there is to do everything.

If I had one "do-over," I would ... have bought a semi a few years ago. That was a mistake.

My favorite item of clothing is ... I'm not sure I have one, so probably white T-shirts. I wear one every day.

If I've learned anything at all ... Nothing is permanent, and it takes a lot of work just to keep things going.
