Joni Coberly of Hannibal, Mo., has joined Prestige Realty Inc. in Hannibal. She worked at Hannibal Regional Hospital for more than a decade as a medical transcriptionist and continues to run Joni's Ever-Changing Inventory-Online Consignment and Retail Sales LLC.

Margaret (Maggie) Ozan-Rafferty of Quincy, chief experience officer of Blessing Health System, has been chosen to participate in the 2020 Baldrige Executive Fellows Program. It is a one-year, nationally ranked leadership development experience for direct reports to the most senior leader in an organization. Ozan Rafferty served on the Board of Examiners for the 2019 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. She has a master's degree in business administration from the University of Chicago and a doctor of health administration degree from Central Michigan University.


Betty Nielsen has retired from Gifts by Grawe. She started the business out of her home by designing and making wooden characters, crafts and yard decorations. She and her husband, Ray, have moved to Florida.
